The Original Lincoln Logs Ltd is proud to introduce our log cabin series. The Lincoln Log Cabins are specially designed to incorporate the quality of our log home system with the cozy affordability of a treasured family retreat. Your choice of five, easy to assemble, log cabin packages are available for immediate delivery. Let us assist you in selecting the perfect cabin design for your getaway destination.

Package Description

All models are designed with crawl space foundations.
Cabin Grade Log Siding for gable ends and dormers. Corner boards are standard.
12 course log wall cabin grade pine logs-10 year warranty, Conceal Sealant, Vinyl splines, foam tape, Sikaflex Log Home Sealant.
One story units will have trusses or 2 x 8 rafters with double 2 x 6 tie beams.
Rafters & beams for 1 1/2 story units will be sized purley for structure (60 psf ground snow reduced for slope per NYS code.
7/16" ODB roof sheathing, 30# felt, "H" clips, Owens Corning 25-year, Supreme, Class A Fire Rated Roof Shingles, ridge vents & flashing.
Roof overhangs will be 18" on all sides, 2 x 4 sub facia, 1 x 6 fascia, standard "flat" returns.
Porches include roof only, porch decks are by others.
Soffits and porch ceilings will be covered with 3/8" B-C plywood with vent strip.
Vetter clad Insulated Glass windows, Peachtree entry doors, "picture-frame" exterior trim for windows.
Interior bearing wall framing only.
Framed second floors with 3/4" OSB sub floor.
Cathedral ceiling package options include 1 x 9 for interior of gable ends & 1 x 6 at sloping ceiling.
There will be no provisions for customization, energy studies or additional engineering work on these models. All such changes must be handled at the local level.
Shipping and tax not included in package price.
